that need to be supported by us and passed into law to get
us to peace on earth, and to the preservation of peace in

He understands that there is a new and inclusive role for
the military industrial university lab intelligence complex,
a complex that is not going to disappear or shut itself
down, that we need to work "with" Aikido style.
He understands that one can see from the nearly 50 years
of only cooperation in the space frontier by this complex
has been based on NO space-based weapons, and that it has
been based for nearly 50 years on world civil, commercial
and military cooperation in space and our new model.
And he works for world space cooperation so that weapons
won't be escalated into space - weapons that are aimed at
the US dominating and controlling space (and he who dominates
and controls space dominates and controls earth). Space-based
weapons won't protect a single person or thing, but cooperation
in space age technology and information services will.
Cooperation in space R&D and exploration will create
and is making it possible to create a new kind of security
system that is based on world cooperation and on providing
an abundance of benefits to all, including to "adversaries,"
in a way that respects unity and diversity, recognizes that
we are all on different places on the path, and that brings
us to peace.
He sees that a new space age economy can be stimulated once
the ban on space-based weapons takes place because we will
free budgets, brains and humanity to be creative, to BEcome
our potential - focusing on R&D budgets that are applied
to non-space-based weapons programs and not on war, and
on the R&D of clean and safe technology, products and
services that can and must be applied directly to solving
urgent problems of humans and other animals and our environment.
This is where the new civil, commercial and military related
jobs and training programs will also be created and directed,
including in the complex and among constituents of leaders
all over the world.
He sees that a new security system based on the principals
of his Department of Peace is needed and is ready to be
activated. He sees that our security will now be based on
using this high technology and information services for
verifying arms agreements including the reduction and inevitable
elimination of nuclear weapons and missiles and other dangerous
and polluting technologies and no longer on building more
missiles and no longer on using space age technology as
force multipliers in war game situations.
The technology that will be equipped in the soon to be formed
(when the first 20 countries sign and ratify the Space Preservation
Treaty) Outer Space Peacekeeping Agency will not only be
used, as the Treaty says, to monitor outer space and enforce
(conflict resolution, win-win style) the ban, but this same
technology in this new Agency can and will also be used
for verification of earth arms agreements, to see where
the suffering people are so the troops can send in food
and medicine, see where the sick waters are so the industries
and troops can clean them up and build aqueducts, to provide
global education, etc., and this is how we will create a
common security system.
He is not just a peace activist, or champion of all progressive
issues. This space platform identifies him as a Commander
in Chief of the complex. This man is the leader who is building
coalitions of other leaders in all fields, crossing over
parties in a non-partisan manner. He understands this IS
the time in history when the ban on space-based weapons
can and MUST be signed into law. He has given us real tools
(not just educational pieces but a real bill and treaty
incorporating the language and purpose of the best in already
adopted and proposed space treaties and resolutions) and
his Space Preservation Act, and the companion Space Preservation
Treaty, are READY, NOW to be signed into law (just in time!).
The signing of these documents will finally cause consciousness
to awaken and shift, and will cause second order change
at the one time in history that this can be done - before
it's too late to occur. (Too late is when space-based weapons
get deployed under the guise of being called "tests",
the current plan, and/or when the momentum of funding and
vested interests is in place, now being accelerated. Bush
has announced he intends to deploy in 2003-4. The momentum
is committed by the current administration, the breaking
of the obsolete ABM Treaty - the best of which is incorporated
into the Space Preservation Treaty - gives us the hint of
the accelerated intentions of the current administration
to weaponize space.)
Lead by this man, a movement to put a literal lid on the
arms race, to stop wars, to transform the war industry into
a space industry and into other industries, is growing rapidly
to get this specific Space Preservation Treaty, SPT (He
recently went to Canada, invited by a former Minister of
Defense, where he asked Canada's leaders, before about an
audience of about a thousand people, to call on world leaders
to sign and ratify the Space Preservation Treaty and for
Canada to convene an World Space Preservation Treaty
Conference and a coalition of activists is building in Canada
to make this happen) so the Space Preservation Treaty will
be signed into law. And the Space Preservation Act (companion
to the Space Preservation Treaty) that will be reintroduced
in the next session of Congress, in early 2003) will be
passed into law.
The signing and ratification of the world treaty, the Space
Preservation Treaty, by world leaders (most do NOT want
space-based weapons) will put needed pressure on the US
Congress and Administration. And the world cooperative Outer
Space Peacekeeping Agency will make it possible to enforce
this ban.
Born Oct. 8, '46, eldest of seven, to father, Frank, a truck
driver for 35 years, and Virginia, a stay at home Mom; lived
in 22 places including two cars by the time he was 17, became
the youngest mayor at 31, now a world statesman for peace
and now receiving hundreds of emails per week, sometimes
per day, asking him to speak.
We have all YEARNED for a champion who will RAISE OUR PEACE
BANNER and NOT FALTER. Someone with power, integrity, intuition
and intelligence, with compassion and heart.
I know this champion (!) - because over the course of two
years I've worked closely with him to help create the tools
(including the Space Preservation Act, companion to the
world treaty, Space Preservation Treaty) and a strategy
that will lead us to peace and to his Department of Peace
as we've worked to create real steps that WILL ban ALL space-based
weapons, which WILL put a literal lid on the arms race and
which WILL transform the war industry and mindset (into
a space industry and other industries in the context of
the new space age paradigm and a new way of thinking) for
the abundance of benefits that will be made available to
all in win-win style.
We can and WILL preserve peace in space, and we WILL have
peace on this planet, because of this man, and we will have
it SOON.
And I won't quit again, because of him and because of "you,"
because it is "together" in our light and in peace
within ourselves as individuals and among us as a collective
One that we will get to peace.
Is it any wonder that so many, many people are encouraging
this man to run to be our next President of the United States
of America?!!!
